Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy covers H&S Nexus retail door-to-door deliveries in the Philippines and wholesale shipping arrangements handled according to the written terms agreed for each commercial transaction.

1. Shipping Coverage

Retail orders are fulfilled through door-to-door delivery to serviceable addresses in the Philippines. Coverage depends on carrier reach, local access conditions, item restrictions, and operational feasibility.

Wholesale or bulk deliveries are arranged according to the quotation, purchase order, invoice, or written logistics agreement between the parties.

2. Processing and Dispatch

Orders move into processing after payment verification, fraud screening, stock confirmation, and acceptance by H&S Nexus. Dispatch timing depends on product availability, warehouse handling, weekends or holidays, and any special preparation required for the item.

3. Delivery Times and Delays

Any delivery timeframe shown on the website, in messages, or at checkout is an estimate only. Delivery may be delayed by weather, force majeure events, courier constraints, access limitations, high order volume, supplier delays, incomplete address details, or customer availability.

4. Shipping Charges and Special Handling

Retail shipping fees are shown at checkout or communicated before payment. Wholesale freight, handling, special packing, insurance, unloading, and split-delivery charges are determined by the commercial terms agreed by the parties.

Heavy, oversized, fragile, regulated, temperature-sensitive, or special-care products may require additional lead time, special handling, or separate shipping charges.

5. Address Accuracy and Failed Delivery

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete consignee name, contact number, delivery address, landmarks, and access instructions. H&S Nexus is not responsible for failed or misrouted delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address details provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery, refusal, repeated no-show, or incorrect customer-provided details, redelivery may require additional charges.

6. Inspection Upon Receipt

Please inspect the shipment promptly upon receipt. Any claim for shortage, damage, defect, incorrect item, or delivery issue should be reported within seven (7) calendar days from receipt, and sooner for visibly damaged or temperature-sensitive products whenever reasonably possible.
